according to the government decree of 18.11.2021, before the start of the accommodation we must ask you to prove that you do not have clinical symptoms of Covid-19 as follows:

Before starting accommodation, please prove that you meet the following conditions for the entry of people into the indoor and outdoor areas of the Rokytka Snowhouse hotel by this extraordinary measure:(a) the person has undergone an RT-PCR test for the presence of the virus no later than 72 hours beforeSARS-CoV-2 with a negative result, if any(i) a person under the age of 18, or(ii) a person who cannot be vaccinated against covid-19 as a contraindication; the fact that a person cannot be vaccinated against covid-19 for contraindication is evidenced by a record in the Infectious Diseases Information System (ISIN) containing explicit information that the person cannot undergo vaccination against covid-19 for health reasons, or a medical certificate stating explicitly that the person cannot be vaccinated against covid-19 for health reasons and that this is stated in the Infectious Diseases Information System (ISIN); or(iii) a person vaccinated against covid-10, ifa. 14 days have elapsed from the application of the first dose of vaccine in the case of a single-dose schedule according to the Summary of Product Characteristics (SPC) to the date of demonstration of this fact for the purposes of this emergency measure; orb. in the case of a two-dose SPC schedule, she has not yet received a second dose of vaccine and the maximum time set for the second dose of SPC vaccine has not elapsed since the first dose of vaccine was demonstrated for the purposes of this emergency measure; orc. 14 days have not elapsed since the application of the second dose of vaccine in the case of a two-dose schedule under the SPC to the date of proof of this fact for the purposes of this emergency measure; or(b) the person has been vaccinated against covid-19 and is accompanied by a national certificate of vaccination or a certificate of vaccination issued in accordance with the European Union Regulation on the EU COVID digital certificate, provided that at least 14 days have elapsed since the completed vaccination schedule; a national certificate of vaccination is considered to be a written certificate issued at least in English by an authorized person operating in a third country, a model of which is published in the list of recognized national certificates on the website of the Ministry of Health; the written confirmation must contain details of the person to be vaccinated, the type of vaccine administered, the date the vaccine was administered, the identification of the person issuing the certificate and must be verifiable by remote access directly from the written confirmation, provided that vaccination has been carried out(i) a medicinal product containing a covid-19 vaccine which has been authorized in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 726/2004; 726/2004, or(ii) a medicinal product the manufacture of which complies with the patent of the medicinal product referred to in point (i), provided that the medicinal product is also approved by the World Health Organization for emergency use; or(c) the person has undergone laboratory-confirmed covid-19 disease, the isolation period has expired and the SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen or RT-PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 has not elapsed since the first positive rapid antigen test (RAT) more than 180 days.please follow the current information here https://covid.gov.cz/situace/obchod-sluzby/ubytovani)
